Need some info on laftoys

I plan on ordering some stuff from them tomorrow, but I want to know a little more about them first.

Can anyone vouch for their reliability? I've heard some users say they've had great service, but when I emailed them a question I never got a response.

Also, how fast are they on shipping? If I were to order something tommorrow, when can I expect it to be in the mail and on the way to my house?

Well I have ordered from them a couple of times and had great experiences. Their packaging is incredable, and the items showed up within a week.

At the same time, the last time I asked them a question, I never got a reply. I asked if they were planning on getting the reissue sunstorm, so maybe that was a dumb question. I have also noticed that they havent really gotten anything new Transformers wise since the MP-02, 06, and 07.

I remember seeing someone getting the Magnus Armor from them and having concerns because the site was down for a day, but they posted later that they had received it. Overall my experience with them has been great though to this point.
