I saw a single Magnus at my local Walmart, and never again after that

Well that took a while. The voyager packs in the 3rd wave of Netflix toys have been found in the US. These are the Sparkless Seeker and Battlemaster pack and the Optimus Primal and Rattrap pack. They were found in New York state. While Optimus Primal and Rattrap had minimal differences from the standard releases, they still sold very well in the markets they appeared in so far. These were found by nsr46gamer who posted his finding with an image here.

As per usual, Walmart is incompetent. They'll put these out on shelves, and everyone who pre-ordered one back in March they'll say " sorry out of stock"

Would filling the shells with 2 to 3 whole cases of Deluxes count as incompetent?

If they then cancel a bunch of preorders that were made for those deluxe figures, then yes. The point of a preorder is to guarantee a purchase. Canceling preorders and then stocking the shelves with the product that was preordered is gross incompetence. Especially now that they are trying to push their Walmart+ subscription service to battle Amazon.

Just found the Netflix wave 3 voyagers in central Indiana.

Nice! My normal luck is in a down slump as I didn't see anything wave 3 this weekend, Netflix or Kingdom. Got Black Series Boba Fett for $17.88 and tax because someone put three of him on the wrong shelf and the lady at the self-checkout adjusted the price. But no luck with Transformers at any of the Walmarts or Targets in my area.

That's actually what caused me to cancel my pre order. At least SG Starscream has the sword and the comic, but this is the exact same thing that I bought last year but in a different color

You could say the same about any Seeker redecos (or any redecos, period) that come with the same accessories.

Not quite, Sparkless and Hotlink share the same type of extras: the two Battle Masters. Not the same, but the principle is still there.

As explained by Walmart corporate - Walmart (brick & mortar) is a separate entity from Walmart.com. They have different inventories, so just because the store has it, doesn't mean that online has it

The real problem lies with Walmart.com not cutting off their preorders. So instead of preventing orders from exceeding their expected inventory, they allow people to do that and then cancel their order once it can no longer be fulfilled. And I'm also pretty sure they have really small amounts available on the website... so only the first few people who preorder actually get their order.

Thank God! That's finally behind me.

I went to my Walmart yesterday as soon as they opened and nothing.
I went today & they put 2 cases out last night. So I finally got that damn Sparkless Seeker.

Now the last one I need is Soundwave.

I'm in East TN. in case you're wondering.

My Walmart is loaded with wave 3 deluxe. I wish they could have loaded up on wave 2 like that. I want a 2nd Bumblebee to paint white because the official Bug Bite sucks.

Picked up Elita 1, at £10 I can crack the shell and enjoy the nut o. O wondering if I could hollow out the potp figure so she can have pretender power even if it sacrifices alt modes

Also picked up blue Mr Man.. Erm.. deep cover, the mold might suck as sideswipe and really suck as red alert but for this guy (and tiger tracks) it looks pretty good.

Finally the premium barrier dropped, and I got one . Walmart order: Cancelled.

*edit* went to the Walmart closest to me. They had 2 Primal's and NO Seekers... I know a lot of people here find it hard to believe the experiences I have, but I must live in some sort of Extremely slanted Original TF fan bubble or something. Where else can a nobody-10th-use-of-the-same-mold-seeker that is totaly made up, outsell the Leader of the Maximals?

Just to be clear. I'm in the same situation (I want the Seeker, not Primal), but I had no issues finding Hotlink last year. I've seen Dinobot multiple times, never Inferno.

I am first and foremost an original TF fan, but I very much enjoy BW. Still...I think people overestimate recognizability of BW among the general populace. I mean I think it is great BW are getting new toys, and I hope we get more. I also hope the movie next year does well and feels more like BB than any of the Bay Films. But if it still is a decent film, but flops based on lack of brand recognition, sadly, I would not be surprised.

Noice, darn shame that I’m currently deployed in Korea for a few months. Hopefully mom or my missus will be able to find the Sparkless Seeker set for my birthday later this month.
