the sloppy QC on the other half of the 2-pack they released here (NOTE: this is how SS's paint job looked like coming out of the pack, not as a result of normal wear and tear):

That's how my SS looks too, he's a US version. They just did a shoddy job with the toy overall. Especially compared to Skywarp.

good thing I skipped that 2-pack! I'll get these new 2-packs if I can get them at retail or less.

i wonder if they'll release skywarp with another classics robot...

zemper, does the single pack SS have better quality than the 2-pack?

TRUE, TRUE! i've checked (there are oodles of classics SS single pack here) and yeah, even from outside the bubble package, you can see the HUGE difference.

Why can't they just rerelease Grimlock on his own?

I still haven't found him :(

Try Wilkinson's.

Yeah, I know, not usually a hotbed of TF action, but I went there a couple of weeks ago and they had Classics Deluxes in - Cliffjumper, Mirage, Ramjet and Grimlock - in UK packaging, even though I've never heard of any of them receiving official UK releases. I'd already got Cliff and Mirage before from FP, but I grabbed me a Grimmy and Rammy straight off.
The best part? They were only £7.99!
