The Energon Pub

This is mostly a hypothetical poll, really just wanna see if we can settle once and for all if HasTak listens. My thoughts were that if we as a communtity united and voted for it that maybe HasTak might listen to us and make the new mold figures we most want, as of right now I'm going to list characters from G1 that desperately need updates. So far I'll just be listing characters from seasons 1 and 2 of the original animated series. Keep in mind I'm only listing characters that should be between scout and Voyager size classes.

Skids
Shockwave
Soundwave (mini-cassette player, otherwise wtf was the point of the Ravage mini-cassette update?)
Mini-cassette team giftpack (Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak, and Buzzsaw)
Blitzwing
Defensor ( Hotspot, First-Aid, Blades, Groove, and Streetwise using the Energon style connection ports)
Menasor (Motormaster, Breakdown, Dragstrip, Wildrider, and Dead-End using the Energon style connection ports)
Blaster (Mini-cassette boombox, might be acceptable as a repaint of Soundwave as long as Blaster has both a new head, and tapedeck door)
Brawn

Also just curious about how everyone one would feel about it, but also curious about whether everyone would like it if when (or if) HasTak finally releases the Scourge repaint of RTS Prime it received 3rd party upgrades (new head and trailer) that would turn it into a Motormaster update as well as add snap-on combination pieces to allow it to become Menasor once combined with some 3rd party stunticon cars.

I'd love an official distribution of Generations or RTS Insecticons and Dinobots G1 style. I'll buy 'em at $12-$22 if I can get them local but to buy third party knock offs at $50+ forget about it. As for an RID Scourge absolutely but I think we'll need a new mold for Motormaster. While they're at it, why do we need third party stunticons? We need a good set of those too!

True, my thinking with the Scourge repaint of RTS Prime being turned into Motormaster was on either the off chance that A) Menasor is voted as the most wanted new mold for the next line but HasTak still refuses to cater to fan cravings or B) Menasor is voted as like 8th most wanted as a new mold, but hasbro put out a billion Scourges that are all shelfwarming.

In any case if this topic shows that yes HasTak is listening and keeping an eye on their fan base then I'm hoping by voting democratically we can as a community vote our top 3 most wanted new molds of the year and convince HasTak to go into some kind of production on them. I am as yet uncertain of the process by with characters are chosen for new updated designs now, but I am certain that HasTak would have to see the benefits of involving the fanbase with character choice when it comes to new mold development.
