I just one both of them on ebay for $36 shipped. Are these different than the original Tm series?

the tenth anniversy figures came out in japan first. these ones do not have remolded heads - primal hs a mouth plate like in the origonal release

The reason i stated that primal has a mouth plate is because its the most obvious differnce between the remolded head and this the origonal one.
These two figures are identical to the origonal ultra class releases aside from colour. Megatrons head has exactly the same expression as the first version of the mold just looks differnt due to them using more than two colours on it brings out more details in the sculpt.
ill see if i can find better picures than the ones on bbts to show what megatron and primal actually look like in these releases

TaiPoh wrote:I'm having some difficulty deciding whether to get these two or not, I only developed an interest in Beast Wars recently, and since it's abit too late to get the older versions, I was thinking of getting these instead. Does anyone have know of a website with a gallery of their pictures? Beast Wars figures are pretty rare here and right now a local toy store is selling them as a pair, so I'm thinking of getting them. I remember there was a site owned by a japanese collector, I think his name was Kenko or something similiar, does anyone have a link to it? Thanks
