Vicky Pollard is a character from a British sketch show called Little Britain. She does pretty much talk like that, and she is supposed to be that annoying. LB's pretty funny as long as youy don't watch too much of it in one go... Tom Baker alone is worth it.

Watching more than one episode... at all is pretty pointless. Though I do like Tom Baker's narration, it's not worth the utter crap that ensues. It's incredibly repetetive (and irritating) so basically, if you've seen one episode, you've seen them all, and it's one too many.

And don't get me started on the insufferable catchphrases it spawned. Oh god if I hear someone go "Computer says no" one more time...
