Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Shadowman wrote:Aside from the guy who killed Uncle Ben, Spider-Man has had a strict "No-Kill" rule, which he tends to make certain other heroes (FRANK CASTLE) adhere to when in a team-up.
Batman, originally, was prone to not only killing people, but sometimes SHOOTING them in the BACK.
Look, if we were doing modern-day Batman, this would be a closer match, but with Batman doing anything to win, even killing, this'll be a walk in the park for the Dark Knight.

Peter never killed that guy, he had a hart attack as he found out who Spider-Man was!
Oh as to batman, two words webfluid and spidersense!
Those wouldn't be the first bullets he would have dodged at the beginning of his carer!

Even with the Spider sence old school Spidy was knocked out cold by quite a few bad guys with a hell of a lot less skill then old school Bats had.
Even back then Bats was written as a person of Peak Physical Condition, he was a sharp shooter and a expert in hand to hand combat almost with out peer. And a expert tactician.
I dont even think it would be a close fight.Old school Bat's would put old school Spidy in a grave.
The modern Spidy has a better chance at winning but I still think he would lose.
