I won a lot on eBay once with the first hasbro 20th Prime, grey gun complete, mint with all parts, just no box, Beast Machines Megatron (dragon), Armada Laserbeak, a couple of constructicons and some other random parts for $12.00, including shipping.

Kept Prime, sold the rest off piece by piece a month later, making a total of 50 bucks, so I got Prime and 38 bucks for nothing!!

Sweet.

Powermaster Prime (slightly used, missing one gun, and Hi Q was missing his arms): 10 dollars

Action Master Starscream, Devastator, Prowl, and some green guy: 7 bucks

Galaxy Force Prime (found him at Family Dollar) 20 bucks

G2 Bruticus complete: 20 dollars

G2 Starscream (missing backpack) 15 dollars

Machine Wars Starscream (MISB): 15 dollars

BW2 Starscream (MISB): 10 dollars

G1 Starscream (original, MISB!) 20 dollars!!!

I tend to find a lot bargains on eBay. I once say a Mint loose Transmetal2 Megatron for sale on eBay for 8 bucks! Someone beat me to it though... -_-

I got a nearly complete boxed G1 Optimus (with metal plates in the trailer) for 4 pounds at a car boot sale - sold it last year to fund my 20th Prime for £45ish.

I dont have any pics but in the last couple of months ive won off of ebay:
Energon Scorponok Mint complete loose 8 dollars with the shipping
Armada Unicron 10.50 missing wings but it cost the seller 10.00 to ship it so it was 50 cents. It was in good condition
Energon Tidalwave, Energon Megatron, Energon Shockwave, and Powerlink Starscream, all loose complete for a total of 25.00 thats with shipping
At my local kmart picked up a Supreme Class Cybertron Starscream for 9.99, wrong price tag, but sold it to me for that price anyway.
Also got both Leader Class Movie Prime and Leader Class Brawl same Kmart both marked 22.99, tagged wrong but paid the 22.99 for each of them, that was back in September.

TM2 Megatron in perfect condition for $5 out of a bargain bin.

Alt. Smokescreen for $9.99 at K-mart on clearance.

Palisades Bumblebee ministatue for $10 at Adventurecon in Knoxville a couple of years ago.
