Crap! I got excited when i saw this thread and sure enough they were all gone when I clicked the link. I have been obsessivley been checking to see if they would have nay more pre-order too. BBTS is the cheapest around for the pre-orders. Well hopefully as October gets closer we'll see some more go up for pre-order due to cancellations or cc declines.

Yeah I know they still have a pre-order up but BBTS has been the cheapest. I know its "only" $10 more but that $10 would pretty much cancel out shipping costs. Plus I have dealt with BBTS in the past, great customer service.
