i didn't even get to transform it!
who do i call?
how do i write to Tomy/Takara in english??

oh man, i was planning on buying one. where did you buy it?

i got ripped off one time and i got my money back alright so i hope you used paypal if you got it off ebay or something

Do you think you got ripped off or is this just a case of bad luck? I mean do think the seller knew it was broke and sold it anyway or was MISB and the seller didn't know. Also where did you buy it? I would say the first step would be to contact the seller and see what they offer to do. If you bought it fromm an online retailer like BBTS I'm pretty confident they would just have send the broken one back for a new one. If it's a private seller on Ebay you may not be so lucky, but I would still try and leave negative feedback if they don't make things right. I think contacting Takara would be the last resort. Sorry about your bad luck.
