Protoform Animated Optimus Gallery problem

Does the staff of Seibertron realise that the way they placed Animated Protoform Optimus' axe is completly wrong?:

The axe should be positionned as seen in that video:

Also note, that the seibertron optimus, as well as the optimus shown in that video, get the forearms red things wrong. they have to be turned 90° to be aligned.
