Maximals

Optimal Optimus: Optimus Prime took a trip to prehistoric Earth to claim his new body. As it turns out he never REALLY intended to pass the Matrix to another Transformer but insted pass his Spark into their body. Optimus Primal was put in Stasis Lock and the Spark of Optimus Prime was placed into Primal's body causeing a mutation.

Tigerhawk: An alien race known as "The Vok" took the Sparks of Tigatron and Airrazor and fuzed them into a new transformer to end the Beast Wars.

Cheetor: Cheetor was suspicious of Dinobot wandering off on his own and followed him to a testing ground for a exsperiment Tarantulas had made to promote Transmetal mutations. Cheetor ended up getting a dose of radiation from it while stealing it. For a time while he was agesting to the new form he went insaine attacking Transformers on both sides.

Blackarachnia: Silverbolt kidnaped Blackarachnia, reprogramed her, and used the stolen device to give her a Transmetal form.

Predacons

Megatron: As soon as Optimal Optimus got his new body and realized where he was on Earth he went on board the Ark and shot the original Megatron's face off. He would have won the war anyway but he just wanted to take the cheap shot. While Tarantulas worked to repair the original Megatron the new Megatron carried his Spark.

Dinobot: Dinobot found out about the Transmetal device before the other Maximals and thought the Predacons might actully have a chance of wining with it so he switched sides again and voleteered to be the first test subject but Cheetor followed him when he left the Maximal base and stole the device right after it was used on Dinobot. (This version of Dinobot never died like he did in the mainstream universe.)

I couldn't really think of a way to rework the Beast Machines characters and keep them in the same molds. I did make a bunch of icons for their new coloring though.
