They're not quite all articulated. The thumb and forefinger are and the last three move together via ball joint. They are very posable and bend/hold quite well.
The paint looks really good. Overall, I'm really pleased, especially after some of Hasbro's recent works. There are a few things not painted like the hidden missle pods that could have been but he really does look great. I hated to take him out of the box but my display shelf and his friends were calling to him.
