So almost everyone has an arm canon?
I'm looking through the trailers and figures and whatnot, and I'm realising that a lot of characters have arm canons...What makes Megatron so special anymore??

Didn't you hear? Hasbro was throwing out old arm cannons, so everyone popped along for one.
Of course, Megs got there late, so they had none left.
He did try using a KO one, but it was made of flimsy materials.

Movie Megatron totally stole that mace from the Lord of the Nazgûl, the Witch-King of Angmar. Well, maybe stole isn't quite accurate - Gondor had once stood in the area where Movie Megatron landed and he found the Witch-King's mace nearby...

Bah, Megs without an arm cannon = instant lose.
Bay you fail.
The arm canon is iconic for Megatron/Galvatron just as the NON-moveable faceplate for Optimus Prime.
There are some things that should not be changed. These things are part of the TF's charachter and identity.
These things seperate TFs from GoBots!
Oh yeah, SPOON, I love the XP girl in your signature. Have they come out with a Vista girl yet?

Not to start this lame argument again, but primes faceplate dd move before. And as I said before Megs has a dual arm cannon that forms when his 2 arms merge together according to the toys and the preproduction photos from earlier this year. So those ICONIC aspects are there.

Its really logic....they can't lose it if its part of them. If prime can deatach its weapo, he may lose it. If he lose it, there will be a BIG hole in his alternate mode.

XP-tan rocks, I love the black hair&blue eyes combo. Last thing I heard about vista-tan is that they have a lot of different character designs but they can't decided on which one it will be yet.
