So, reckon I should nab this?

Someone I know is selling a mib MP-1 along with the DVD box set that came with a RM figure, in this case, SS. He wants 175 for the pair.

Now, I already have all the seasons on DVD, and have MP-1, MP-4, DVD and 20th aniv Prime.

However, I believe this box set was limited to 2800? pieces. I'm sure I could recoup my money by selling my DVD set and this MP-1.

Is getting this particular box set worth the effort to make the swap?

I've read rumors of this set selling for 800 bucks. True, false, LMK.

I'd say go for it. If you can sell the others do it, I might hold onto them though, since you will probably not want to open a set like that which is what gives it its rarity (being a set)[/quote]

Yes, I would tend to agree. Besides, how can ya have too many MP Primes, right?

However, whats the story behind this particular DVD set?

The more Hasbro Primes that are out, with their little smokestacks, and odd coloured parts, the more people will realize that they want the MP version.

Buy it, dont sell your other ones now, hold onto them, and wait a while, the MP's will be worth a very pretty penny in a few years time.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.
