As many of you know, I am a large Guiltor fan. What's that, you don't know who Guiltor is? Not a surprise, as he's a VERY obscure character from a Japanese Manga:

I've made sure not to spout on and on about the character because let's face it, he's a one shot character, and there's really not much fiction about him, so you like him or you don't. However, it can be argued that yes, he is the original Nemesis Prime, but whether this concept influenced NP is an unknown. Either way, Guiltor(and I'm using this spelling because it's the one used in the translation I read) has an interesting and unique design that has yet made it to plastic form.
Oh, we've had a couple close calls:

Grey and red Primes with a little gold thrown in? Yeah I think they evoke Guiltor, but even I have to admit it's probably just me.
So why am I starting a thread NOW wondering why a figure hasn't been made?
Dark of the Moon. That's why.

It's Megatron...pretending he's Optimus Prime. Gee, that sounds very much like the concept of Guiltor to me.
But still, at it's core it's still Megatron, and Guiltor is mainly just a redesin of Optimus Prime with big guns attached to...oh wait:

So now for my final question: If Has/Tak can do that, why can't they make Guiltor? It's not like obscure characters haven't been made recently. Heck, Darkmount got a brand new mold for crying out loud, and G2 Thundercracker(though a repaint) got a release.
So seibertron.com, what do you think, will we ever get a Guiltor? Should we get a Guiltor? Or is this character destined to remain in obscurity forever?
