Like I said continuity is a relitive term but I didnt site those out of continuity exsamples to further my point in this debate....I posted them to answer your questions.
If you only wanted answers from the current in continuity Batman stories you should have said so in your quistions

Devastron wrote:I assume you mean what did I think. I was asking what he reverse engineered from it. Did he make his own Mother Box from it? Did he just make a device that mimics some of its abilities? Can you provide some evidence of this?
I did meen "DID" ,and from what I remember he ether made his own Mother Box or at least one with some of its abilities. Its been a very long time since I read those books and I dont quite remember all of the story.I will try to look for them.
Devastron wrote:I’ve heard they are thinking about killing him off.
And turning him into a NEW GOD.This might be some leaked rumer but they do seem to be setting it up.In the recent issue of Superman/Batman, Bruce picks up Highfathers staff and is able to use it....and as far as I know no human has been able to do that before.
I could be wrong about that little bit.
Devastron wrote:It’s a simple ‘vs’ thread with no additional information. Assuming more than a fight seems like a stretch.
Its a stretch ether way and since others have already deveated from the simple answers whats the harm in me doing so as well?
Devastron wrote:No, I just consider Stark to be ahead of Oracle in computer skill.
I would like to think so too but she has hacked every system in the DC universe so again it comes down to wether or not the people in the Marvel U are just smarter and can create better computers then those in the DC U.
Devastron wrote:Tony didn’t know Spider-man as well as or for as long as Bats knew the League. I doubt he has files as detailed as Batman had.
He may not have knowen Peter as long but if were to believe that he's been planning the events that lead to the "Civil War" story arc and the things we learn about him and his plans from the Avengers Illuminati stories then he would have been keeping files on Peter for at least 8 years comic book time.
As for the amount of time Batmans had to compile his files???
DC has him currently at about age 35 to 38.The age of his parents dieing changes every few years but the age he is when he become Batman roughly stays at about 25.
Dick Grayson joins him about 3 years later and about a year or to more he joins the League. So that puts him at about between 28 and 30 when he joins the League.
Givin the fact that its been said that he didnt start gathering those files untill he was mind wiped by Zantana witch had to be at least a year later it would seem that Bat's was only gathering his files on the League for about 10 years not much longer the Tony when you think about it.
But I'll admit that so much history should have taken much more time in Batman's life but since you said
"If it isn’t in continuity then it didn’t happen to the ‘real’ Batman as far as DC is considered"
and this is in continuity and happened to the real Batman.
Devastron wrote: I also doubt these files would be in an area they could be hacked into.
Tony has a group of guys in armor called the "Scarlet Spiders" running around town useing the info he gathered from Peter when he was using the "Iron Spidy" suit. These guys have some if not all of Peters powers that the suits can mimic.
It wouldnt be hard at all for Batman to capture one of those guys and download all the info.
Devastron wrote:This is assuming he could get to Spider-man’s loved ones,
He could find them and get to them eazyly.
Devastron wrote: or that Spidey wouldn’t just call his bluff. Spider-sense would probably come in handy in those situations too.
First I doubt that Peter would take the chance that it could be a bluff. His Spider-sense has failed him in the past and there are a few that have been able to counter act it.Peter knows that.
Also if Bats gets a hold of Starks info he could also construct something that could render his Spider-sense useless.
Devastron wrote:Can you try and clean up your spelling a bit? I’m having a hard time figuring out what you are saying at some points.
I'll try but between not being able to sleep in 3 days and the meds the docs got me on for other issues my head is real fuzzy.
Tell me how I did spelling on this post?
