Except I'm stuck at Step 15. It looks like you move his dreads back, and it sure looks like there is a pivot for each side of his dreads. Except that mine won't budge and I'm afraid to break the locks off.
DID he in fact have his dreads up in the bonnet? I don't remember moving them by swivelling them around when I took him out of package and transformed him to bot mode.
If there's been another thread on this, would appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.
