So I'm looking at getting that japanese Build King gift set, y'know the one with all four robots to make the combiner.
Who here's got him?
Is he worth getting and what size are the individual robots?

I have the Hasbro version released on single cards and it is a great combiner. I would recommend getting one if you can.

Agreed he is a really different combiner. But a very col one.
I also have the Carded Landfill version. and he's the only one of the RID TF's that i own, that is combined and posed. The rest are stored.
You should get him if you can find him. he is a little complex, but he's well worth it.
Yeah they are about Deluxe sized. With Wedge/Build Boy being the smallest Slightly bigger than a basic.

Build King does indeed rock. What it lacks in size (for a combiner, at least) it more than makes up for with it's slick design and multiple configurations when combined.

The recent Devastator colored repaint is my favorite of what has been released. He looks snazzy in those colors.

I can't say I'm a fan of the color scheme for the original release. I did buy the most recent release for Universe in Devestator colors. I like him much. I would have to assume the plastic is of a better quality on the original releases. The green plastic on mine has a few stress marks, and I only TFed those guys once, then to form Dev. I don't remember if I had a point or not. Have fun with your robots!
