Ebay is your best bet, but try to search for the Raiden giftset even if you already have Rapid Run, it'll probably work out cheaper.

Even getting the Korean Car robots versions would work out fairly cheap.

There's an ebay seller that sells a Railracer set.

That's the set I got from the seller I got it from. I think it's the Korean version, but its as good as the Takara one. And it probably is the easiest and cheapest way to get all three of the figures.
