I figured out what I've been doing wrong with Ironhide all of this time. There's pegs on the part that his head is attached to which snap into the middle of the tires on each side. Once the tires are attached to the pegs, the shoulders rest just perfectly. I was quite pleased when I figured this out tonight. I might update Ironhide's gallery at some point to include the new pictures.

Does "Swindle" not have a head?

Can't wait! Scorponok is obvious pass. Bumblebee was on my list, but he disappeared as soon as I saw the '08 version appear. Jazz, Brawl, Bonecrusher and Barricade are all mine. Swindle at the moment is a maybe, have to wait for the gallery. I think in that pic he's mistransformed.
