Decepticon Bonecrusher


Hello, and welcome to Thyunda’s Reviews: Bonecrusher!
To start with, I am going to give you a little bit of insight into this fellow’s character.
He hates everything. Miserable bugger, isn’t he? He hates being called that.
Back on Cybertron, Bonecrusher was Megatron’s battle tactician, mainly because he was very smart, and knew how to crush the Autobots. He hated this job, because he didn’t get to rip the pathetic robots apart himself. That changed when he landed his grossly deformed behind on Earth. After being deprived of battle for a long time, he wanted to kill someone. He chose Optimus Prime, and now he hates Prime’s sword.
Most of all, he hates himself, his deformed body and his inability to speak real words.
Now, onto the toy. His vehicle is a tan Buffalo mine-protected vehicle, with an enlarged fork. The real version is only 35cm wide, and Bonecrusher’s is huge. No problems here, at all. Except for an ugly flat part on the side of his front wheel guards, but that could just be with my Bonecrusher. The windows are not transparent, and are this odd sparkling blue, but other than that he is pretty realistic. There’s also a little picture of a red bulldog with the fork in its mouth on the side of the vehicle. The Buffalo is a mine detection vehicle, and is able to dispose of them. It sticks the fork in the ground, and emits vibrations to find the mines, or something…
Robot mode…pretty freakish. And small. Swindle is around the same height, meaning the Buffalo is a tiny, tiny armoured vehicle…compared to a Chevrolet Cobalt, which isn’t even that big a car. His arms have limited articulation, but are very, very long, and his feet are just strange. But, bizarrely, he can stand up. Haven’t yet worked out how to make him look horizontally, so he can glare at his feet and hate them for now.
I’d introduce him to field commander Recon Force Barricade, but he’s gone AWOL and my search teams haven’t found him. I guess Bonecrusher’s in charge now, being the only non-drone here. I’m not sure that’s a good idea, he might get decapitated by Protoform Prime or something….
