I had some fun tryin' to do a digibash to see how a TR Tarn would look.
I used as base mold the voyager Megatron/Blitzwing, since I think it's the most fitting for the character.
Also, since Tarn is basically a comic-only character , like Nautica, I don't expect for Hasbro to do for him a totally new mold, but I think they'd go for a remold route.

The new pieces for the mold should be:
-new face for the Titan Master
-new chest
-new cannon weapon (keeping the Fusion cannon from Megatron, the Titan Master gun/seat and doing a second fusion cannon that would be able to peg on Megatron's and onto the arm. This way, it would also keep the same piece number as Blitzwing, that got the tank cannon, the gun/seat and the sword)

What do you think about this?

Rewatching again this digibash, I found a way that it may turn even better:
I'm trying to figure out a way to combine Galvatron's chest with Megatron arms and legs, to keep a tank-type vehicle, but with keeping the pop-out gimmick.
Instead of Galvatron's helmet, it would be Tarn's mask that would came out to cover the titan master face.
Sincerely really hard to make, but a lot more fitting the character.

here it is the second version of a possibile TR Tarn.
In this version, the main body is from Galvatron, while keeping the limbs of Megatron/Blitzwing mold.
The idea was to keep the flip-over mask gimmick, to keep a better proportioned Tarn mask, plus it would give the chance to make Glitch as his Titans Master.
In the back of the mold, instead of the canopy of the jet mode, it would have a turret where you could attach the double Fusion Cannon.
Probably, in this version, it would lose the triple transformation.
