I ate a pheasant heart that was soaking in the gravy my Gram made when she cooked up my pheasant. Only time I have eaten a vital organ of something.

Bison burgers are fan-frikkin-tastic, Ted Montana's in Atlanta has the best!

Sweetbreads would be the term, although that usually implies that there’s other organs too - brains, liver, Heart, all together in one dish.

I'll try almost anything once. Here's something fairly pedestrian I've been wanting to order but have yet to summon the courage. Waffle House hashbrowns "all the way". One day, maybe on my death bed?

The morning after a gig in Istanbul , I was convinced to try the ultimate Turkish hangover cure. A sandwich called a Cocorech. It was finely diced meat simmered in a spicy red sauce, served on a hoagie bun. It was DELICIOUS!

After it was all done and we had all licked our fingers clean, it was divulged that the meat was diced cow's intestine. Didn't phase me a bit.

Then there was the time, at a very young age, I was convinced by my own Father to order Rocky Mountain Oysters. When I was told what they are, I was definitely phased.

Here's a random transition!

I just recently learned the origin of the saying, "Balls to the wall" and surprisingly it has nothing to do with testicles.
It comes from World War II bomber pilots. Certain old bomber planes had two throttle shafts topped with ball shaped knobs in the center console. One for each wing mounted engine. So, going "balls to the wall" meant pushing the engines to full throttle.

Put that in your brain sandwich, and eat it!

No the wraps are a more recent addition and are more like tortillas; the flatbreads are like, if you took a tortilla and quadrupled it in thickness. Not quite as dense, but still floppy.

I don’t know how else to describe it, just go to a supermarket and ask if they have Naan bread or Flatbread, and if you’re gonna be super picky about trying new things just lather it Vegemite.

Color me surprised, I didn't even know Taco Bell was in Australia. The more you know.

I prefer Sheetz to Subway. Their subs are far superior.
