I've been shot quite a few times now myself. He randomly lobs that missle out, but somehow I always end up being in just the right spot. I can walk away from that thing for minutes, making noise to keep him going, and come back and bang! I'm dead.

Back to the topic, Deluxe is more fun to handle and has a decent transformation. Looks great next to all the other toys.

Ultimate dwarfs everything in his path. He's huge, and really is a stand alone figure because everything you put around him ends up looking retarded and dinky. He's quite heavy and awkward to handle. He has some nice features though, and I like how his rear wheels fold away into his legs. His paint isn't the greatest for that large of a figure, but once you transform him properly, he's not bad. He doesn't move much at all, kind of stands perfectly vertical and his arms pretty much have to be straight out from his sides so the gimmick motions can work. He's kind of a pain to transform and takes a few minutes (*gasp* the instructions aren't total crap on this one), so you'll likely just leave him be. But when the girlfriend isn't around and I'm lonely, I switch him on and converse with him for awhile. But I do turn him away at night cuz he's kinda creepy.

If you have room for him and want a big toy, get him. But deluxe is pretty nice too and poses well. He's nice on a shelf next to Barricade and Jazz.

I love the Ultimate BB for his size, but the deluxe is easier the handle and pose. If you really like BB (like I do), and you have the money, get both. Be care with the deluxe because some people I've talked to have complained about the black paint chipping off if handled too much. I haven't run into that problem yet, but I'm also extremely careful with my TFs and usually leave them in robot mode most of the time.

i just saw 2 ultimate bumblebee's at a target, and i had the money for him, but i didnt get him, i dont know i'd just rather wait for deluxe. was this a mistake?? i dont regret it at all, but anyone who has him, was he worth the money?

maybe not worth 80 bucks, but i'm glad i got him, he looks cool standing here next to my computer

I bought the Ultimate last week... had buyers remorse almost immediately -- sorry $80 bucks for a a toy that doesn't really pose just isn't my cup of tea.

I hunted down an '08 Deluxe... coolest Transformer I ever had.

Thank you all so much for your advice.. I am going to get the 08 concept deluxe and voyager blackout.

Much Cheaper... and i get 2 transformers for the price of MUCH less that Ultimate BB
