I got home today and I found the Starscream I preordered from Hasbro Toyshop. I should warn you I had picked express shipping and that was scheduled to be delivered the 23rd or 24th.

I got an email saying legend Bumblebee has shipped, but none of the preorder deluxe figures from the same order have shipped. The funny thing about that is a) I only ordered the legend fig to get my order total over 50 for free shipping, and by doing so they're going to end up sending at least 4 separate shipments! And b) considering the BS the phone rep was feeding me a few weeks ago, why aren't the deluxe figs shipping, too? They had the same ship date as the legend, and according to the knob on the phone they had to have the figures literally "in stock" to be able to order them off the site (they claimed this was even the case for Inferno...) So if they're all in stock when you order and they share the same expected shipping date, why is the legend fig being shipped today but not the deluxes? So was the dude on the phone a liar, stupid, or both?

HTS is just ridiculous. Sure you'll eventually get the stuff you order, but half the time you'll find it on the shelf before they get around to shipping it to you. I found TFU Deluxe wave four and the new TFU Legends at Wal-Mart last week. They did come through on TFA Shockwave and Skywarp though.

Now that you mention it I have seen the Legends and Robot Heroes from wave 4 but no deluxes. Stores around me have the worst luck when it comes to newly released deluxe, voyager, ultra, or leader figures. That's why I pre-ordered Starscream.

I saw Hound, Cyclonus, Starscream & Cheetor at TRU yesterday. I skipped them because I had Hound (hound is the Japanese version) & Cyclonus on order.

i got an email on the 20th saying my order of Cyclonus and Hound shipped on the 17th...so who knows when theyll be at my door?

and whenever i order from Hasbro i can never seem to track my stuff with what they give me

Got my deluxes, but they sent me Cheetor instead of Starscream and despite getting an email saying Inferno was shipped at the same time, it didn't come with this package??? Called Hasbro and they just refunded me for Starscream because he's currently out of stock and they wanted me to call them when it was listed as in stock again if I still wanted it. Don't know why they couldn't just send it when it is, but whatever. Guess the good news is I got a free figure out of the deal. The bad news is that figure is Cheetor (I think BW is teh suckz!) and now I have to track down Starscream in the stores... As for Inferno, they said he was sent seperately and should show up tomorrow or the 24th.
