Help!!
I can't change my MP Megatron back to robot mode. There'e something stuck in the chest piece. It's supposed to be three pieces but I'm only able to get half of it done. They're supposed to slide appart, but my MP Megatron's chest is stuck where the "ribs" are supposed to flip out.
It's works fine to transform it into gun mode.
I'm unable to upload pictures.

Need help please.

Any help will be awesome.

Update: Problem solved. Had to dismantle his chest to fix it. It's just poor engineering. Even had to loosen some ot the screws in the knees to prevent them from breaking.

Sounds like it's bumping into something and stopping when you try to slide it. See if you can look down in there and see what it's hitting. It's probably just another piece of Megs that you will have to move out of the way, preferably as carefully as possible. If you can post some pics to let folks see what you're talking about, it might help. I only transformed my MP Megs once, never could get the gun handle to connect right to the upper half of the gun, so he was promptly returned to robot mode, and a month later to his packaging out of fear his fragility would lead to injury.

Yea, that's why I don't transform my MP Megs. He's a pain to transform into a gun. Plus the gun's just too big. He's awesome enough in robot mode.

Totally agree! Mine has been gingerly handled, filmed (see Transtoners: More Than Meets The High for my MP Megs' entire filming career), and then set up as the leader of my "Gang O' Megatrons" on top of my computer tower....He gets gently touched when I clean him twice a week and that is all! He is just too fragile to bother with the whole transforming thing anyways! Why change a good thing, since he looks just FANTASTIC just standing there looking like...well, MEGATRON! :grin:

The honest answer to this reoccuring problem is acutally just simple 'force'. You have to give it a good tug to seperate the folded pieces.

Scary? Yes.

Should you be careful? Yes.

Have I heard about other people including my self having this issue? Yes.

Anyone who broke Megatron in this manner? No.
