venom would win in a straight physical fight. but if he knew venom was coming i think joker could probably take him down. venom is weak against fire and sound, something joker could exploit as well as anyone.

hes an expert at hiding weaponry in harmless looking every day objects, so a flame throwing flower pinned to his chest, or some super sonic disrupter's in his cuff links or something like that could do alot of damage. joker could no doubt lure venom into getting close enough for them to be highly effective as well.

so depending on the circumstances it could go either way. with any kind of prep id give it to the joker, but in a straight hand to hand fight venom would take it.
