So I've been out of the loop for quite some time. I've kept a peripheral eye on releases over the last years but for the most part have been pretty hands off when it comes to picking up new Transformers. Whether it be the price, design or other that turned me off. I figured now that I've got a little extra cash I'd turn to you folks to see what I might have missed out on.

I haven't however gone completely cold turkey. Since 2013 I picked up BW Rhinox, BW Rattrap, MP Soundwave, Leader Jetfire and that giant Devastator. Currently have MP Optimus Primal on pre-order. I'm a fan of complex transformations and pretty obviously a sucker for Beast Wars.

With that in mind, what would you folks consider must haves from the past few years or in the coming months? Honestly I'm open to Hasbro/Takara-Tomy and 3rd Party. If it's cool, well built and seems worth the money I'm open to at least looking at it.

A few figures on the shortlist for me are
- MP Ultra Magnus
- DX9 Carry (Rodimus Prime)

I have CW Ultra Magnus but seeing as he's one of my top favorite characters I really want that MP figure. Also, there really isn't a good Rodimus Prime out there and Carry is a beautiful MP-style representation of Rodimus Prime.

Not sure if you already have this but my current favorite figure in my collection is MP Bumblebee.

I've been quite happy with any MP over the last few years, none spring to mind specifically.
The upcoming figure that i'm most excited for is MP Primal!!!!! Followed by Cheetor, Inferno and upcoming FT stuff.

MP Ultra Magnus is definitely one I wouldn't mind owning. Has there been any indication that he may get a Hasbro release? I like the figure but if there's the possibility of paying less than $190 or so it would be worth waiting.

I almost picked up MP Bumblebee until I saw how tiny he was. I love the detail work on him but I couldn't justify the price tag. I actually blocked out the memory of picking up MP Prowl at $60. Was so incredibly disappointed at how little he was.

I'm also crossing my fingers that MP Shockwave makes his way to the states as well. The beefy MP figures are what I'll probably stick to since they display nicely.

OH MAN I JUST SAW THE COLOR PHOTOS OF MP CHEETOR! SOLD!

I'm seriously Considering the Shattered Glass deco (normal size) KO of MP-10, MPP-10-U, The forthcoming overscale of fall of Cybertron Optimus Prime (in red).

I think TR Sixshot looks desirable too, I'm not decided yet I might buy 2 or 3 3rd party toys or I might buy TR Fort Max instead... bit crazy to buy a $200.00 toy just for the head though.

Want to get a few Combiners, and make an all white custom one with Battle Core Prime.
One limb will be Rook, because Deluxe Groove is gonna be on Defensor;
Another limb will be Alpha Bravo;
Third will be Ratchet (from Lynxmaster, putting Smokescreen in his place)
Last will be Wheeljack (from Lynxmaster, putting Wandering Roller in his place)
Which leaves Grand Galvatron with one leg missing, which will be replaced by Offroad, making him all decepticon in the process.

If someone already has all of these, a picture would be awesome!

This along with UW Superion will complete my wishlist.

Of course, if I can get a Takara Devastator for a reasonable price, I'll get him too.
I was on the fence about Fort Max, but he's just so expensive and large, and I need space to put him...

When you're out shopping, have a gooood hard look at the new TR's. Cause chances are if you think you'll like it, you will. Even the most lackluster TR so far for me (Galvatron) is still pretty amazing. And on the Galvatron front, I'm still waiting for a proper 3rd Party (not a #d printed one) to release an upgrade kit. What I'm getting at is, CW was fun and felt like it was the start of something amazing. And TR is not only continues the fun, but amazingly expands upon that.

And as far as MP's go, they're all amazing in their own right so I just cherry picked a few.
