microclone wrote:an excellent toy. i got the reissue and can say its VERY well made, it feels and looks perfect. easy to transform into each mode with satisfying clicks. bricklike but the legs are slightly! posable. one of my favourite toys ever and i never even heard of him until the reissues, can be got for a reasonable price, hopefully well see him again as an encore.
note all sixshot owners, when you make the car it shows the wheels to far back, the instructions miss out a step. There are grey oval pieces between the torso and arms (shoulder hunges if you will) these can be rotated 180 degrees around to bring the arms into the correct position, this results in the cars wheels being in the correct position instead of that shown even on the box. this swinging around is official as there is a small hole for the back plastic peg to fit into the new position.

Same here!
If I could ever find him for a price that I could afford I'd snap him up in a hurry!

what's your budget? I got mine loose with all accessories (the only accessories is the two guns) on ebay for $40 shipped. All joints are tight (super tight on the legs like a new figure, always have hard time separating the legs) and a few sticker wears.

Really? I haven't been able to find him that cheap. But I haven't looked in quite a while, especially with the movie figure craze....

Yup. I bought it a year ago. I've seen a few bucks cheaper too. You just need to keep looking on ebay everyday. I also got the other 6-changer Quickswitch for little over $40, same condition. Quickswitch's modes suck badly comparing to Sixshot's.
UPDATE: I don't mean to make you feel bad. I just went through my receipt. I actually paid $35 for it.

Thanks alot microclone! I've been wondering for a long time why that my sixshot couldn't have a correct wheels position as others I found on the web. I noticed the grey oval pieces before and also saw the black pegs in the gap, but I was afraid the black pegs were already stuck inside the body of the figure and they would break if I force the oval pieces to turn. Since the instructions doesn't tell you about this step, so I wasn't positive to turn the pieces.
This is really a great tip. Thanks again.
By the way, i also found when changing to Wolf mode, you could turn the oval pieces 90 degrees up (toward the wings) so that all four feet could stand flat onto the surface. Otherwise the front hands would be higher than the rear feet. See the pic below:
