What is the name of this transformer?

Can't find a pic, and he is not in the gallery. You can see him briefly in the opening credits in Season 3 of G1 Transformers. He's red and blue (red on top I believe), has over-size tires, is an Autobot, and looks like a futuristic sUV thing. I think he has 6 wheels IIRC? His windows were either silver or gray-ish white in the toy version. For the life of me, I can't remember who he was. Anyone know who I'm talking about?
