Win/win situation ... we'd all be happy, and they will have a repaintable mold.
I always loved Ironhide in the G1 cartoon. Grimlock was my favorite, so I wouldn't be disappointed to see him as an MP. However, Ironhide sounds like the more cost effective solution for Takara/Tomy/Hasbro ... whoever actually takes care of the initial design process.
IRONHIDE/RATCHET FTW!!!
A cartoon accurate, original takara/hasbro MP mold of Ironhide/Ratchet would do it for me. Their toys deserve to resemble the forms the children of the 80's best remember them

The problem with Bumblebee is that wouldn't TakTomy need to get permission from VW? This was the problem with making an Alternator Bumblebee, VW refused to let them use the VW Beetle.
But then again, it looks like the TakTomy has no problems reissuing G1 BB. So I'm not sure if they could just use the old school Beetle and get away with it.

The original BB wasn't a licensed VW product, so I think the legality is different....

I don't even mind if they just use a different car for Bumblebee, similar to what they do with BT, just modern car choices that has more or less the same round shape and feel. There are a lot of Japanese Q Cars that fits. But I guess that would make him more of a BT than a MP. Sigh...

i hope we get one of the cars sometime soon. wheeljack, sunstreaker, prowl, etc. ironhide or hound would be sweet too. soundwave would be sweet of course but i'd really like to see a triple changer like astrotrain or especially springer and maybe someday a real ultra magnus instead of the typical albinomus prime.

That IS a great one. I passed on MP-02, since its just a repaint. But with the real add on trailer/armor parts, I am down on getting one for sure. THAT would worth the almost $200 price tag that MP-04 ask for.

Galvatron.
Wouldn't mind seeing an upgraded Alt Swindel with a chest that collapses away to resemble more like his cartoon or old G1 design. Also an arm cannon like in the cartoon.
There isn't really a decent G1-ish Prowl figure yet. Perhaps something like the Mazda or Subaru alts but with more Prowlish like doors and shoulder cannons that store away in car mode somehow.

That should be the next "complete" edition for MP

MP Fortress Maximus, just for the absurdity of it. People think he wouldn't sell, but honestly, I'd dish out 5, 6 bills for a beautiful, highly articulated, bigger-than-a-3-year-old behemoth.
Practically though, a MP Bumblebee is a must, along with MP Hot Rod/Rodimus. I also wouldn't mind seeing a couple characters from the Beast Wars line too.

All these ideas are great but I want them to really work hard on the next one so I say ...........Astrotrain,or any of the triple changers.

I think it would be the best choice for them........dont get me wrong I love Grimlock and countles others before the Triples but for the Master peice line I want them to demenstrait some skill in their design work.

If they did that, I would HAVE to get 3 of them. So I could display each alt mode, and have a bot mode too.
It would be awesome to see every mode next to each other.
That would be cool!
I would love to see a Grimlock though. Ironhide/Rachet would also be a great idea, just for repaint sake. I think we'll see a Bot though considering there are 'technically' more con MP characters.

Can you imagine him done properly with the robot parts concealed a la Starscream?
It would be a technical marvel and people would shell out the money for such an impresively designed Transformer - whether its possible to make though....

Hell, I'd get that, & I'm a student with absolutely no money! I'd forget buying any other transformer till I had the money to get that if it were done properly.

I got a list
1)Masterpiece Soundwave w/ all of the main casseticons.
Why? I wanna see A soundwave the could fit them all in just one toy.
2)Masterpiece Ultra Magnus trailer.
Gotta stop the wave of Optimus repaints.
3)Masterpiece Galvatron
Upgrades Megatron and hopefully less Cosmic Rust.
4)Masterpiece Hot Rod & Rodimus Prime
A double set, so you don't have to buy them seperatly
5)Masterpiece Seeker set
All 3 seekers in one packaging. For any late orders. *Coughmecough*
