What parts do you swap or remove on your figures?

I'm curious, has anyone tried swapping parts or removing parts from Transformers entirely to make a certain mode look better? I swap CW Mixmaster's feet around in robot mode to make his toes look better and I swap TLK Barricade's arm wheels in robot mode just because it looks better to me.

I flipped the wings on TR Tidal Wave to make him look more like his Armada counterpart's combined form when in aircraft carrier mode and a little less like Broadside.

On PotP Punch I like to take the car parts on the back of his shoulders and reposition them to the back of his arms to look more like the G1 figure. I find it gives him a lot more ROM in his shoulders.

I remember taking the small fists from the Movie 2007 Swindle and using them as hands for Thundercracker (repaint of Movie 2007 Starscream) It's a really tight fit between the 3 barrels but it works better than the original finger missiles.
