So can someone please educate me. Why don't my posted pics appear when a member uses them in they're quote? Is it because of the type of upload? What are some suggestions or alternatives...thanks! :VEHI:

It's a forum thing. Inserting a pic hard codes it into the post in such a way that a quote can't read it.
