Does anyone know if the last wave of Target scouts was ever released? Were they cancelled? Were they pushed to ROTF?

We did discuss that here some time ago:

It appears they where never released. And since the complete Combiner Boxsets are coming out in ROTF packaging, it would seem they are not going to be released.
