Hey guys, most of you know that a week ago Saturday I lost my bbest friend/son when my dog died.
Well, just this Saturday that past I was involved in a car accident that totasled my truck and damaged my $3000. prosthetic leg.
If it wasnt for the airbags,seatbelts and a guard rail we would have been killed.

Well, who's fault was it? if it was the other driver's then you should be able to clear things up in court. Of course, that could take a while. Still, if your prosthetic is damaged and your truck totalled, along with it being their fault, you shouldnt have to hard a time bringing this up in court, if it comes to that.

it was their fault, they ate a red light.............but its doubtful they will admit to it.So its our word against theirs.
we do have one peace of good luck in that there was ca witness that supports are telling of the story.
