Does any one here know where or how can i get all of the english dubbed episodes of Masterforce? From what I've researched on the net the Madman release only has a hand full of episodes in english. Can any one help me out? Thanks.

Masterforce never got a dub, if your talking about the StarTV dub though I suggest you dont waste your time with it.

I have no idea what you're talking about with star tv and madman but yeah Masterforce has no offical dub. The series was never relised in the U.S. so all you're going to find in the way of English dubs are fan dubs.

Doesn't it have a english dub done by a chinese group or something?

So Star TV did have a english dub of Masterforce? No matter how bad it is i wanna watch it. I got used to the "bad" dub with Headmasters.

I got pretty much all of the Star TV dubs of Headmasters, Masterforce, and Victory on VHS and believe me you don't want to hear that crap.

I am a HUGE Masterforce fan, so take my advice when I say this: Do not watch ANY English version of Masterforce (unless it gets dubbed officially and professionally).

The original Japanese language audio is pure gold! So much passion, emotion, feeling, and meaning is abundant in this series. The Japanese audio with English subtitles is THE best way to watch it.

ANY current English version, no matter HOW accurate, just kills it.

This show is a masterpiece! Don't let any dub ruin it for you.

As for where you can view every episode, TV-Nihon subbed the whole series and you can directly download each episode here.

Thanks for the link Sabrblade. But reallky now, doesn't any enjoy hearing bot tewlling other bot to go to hell. That was soo awesome in Headmasters. :wink:

The dub of Masterforce is even worse than the Headmasters dub. Not only do they use all the U.S. names for the characters, but they even call the humans by these names, which is just WRONG on both accounts. Ginrai is NOT Optimus Prime.

The way the movie is doing and they way the box sets will sell perhaps they will dub some of the older shows. Im doubtful. Apparently it has to be dragon ball z to be dubbed and revised dubbed to be released here.

The star dubs are not great but i'd rather bud dubbing than reading subtitles and miss the action and after a few watches ya get used to it! So try ebay they have versions in english

You don't miss anything by reading subs. There's less talking when they're fighting. They mostly speak when not action much is happening. Besides, are you incapable of looking at the whole screen to see both the words and the action at the same time?

One day i will get the sets of the Jap tf cartoons from madman im a completist in a pyscho way. Plus i dont hate subs so much anymore got used to it with Urotsukidoji

I got the Metrodome box set of all three instead because of the audio commentaries.

The Australian DVD sets from Madman have all of the Victory dub episodes but only four Masterforce dub episodes.

Oo thanks for the tip, nabbed the Victory madmen release for Australia off ebay. I'm unable to find the Masterforce version though =/
