Mp megatron is the hardest, without a doubt.

I don't think there will ever be one more difficult to transform, i've transformed mine quit a couple of times and it still takes me atleast 10 minutes to do so.

Definitely the hardest TF I've had to transform. Getting his arms to clip in place in car mode is nigh impossible without screwing the toy up.

Movie Barricade is a pain in the arse, because I can never get his legs to align properly in vehicle mode.

oh ok....be careful of the caps lock. Caps are shouting on the web. I am sure that he is very difficult to transform but some of us do not have him.

Yep, EXACT same thing. It took me a month to find a new one, and I treat him carefully now. I'll never press down on his chest with any force ever again...

At first those tabs on his upper arms really bothered me, but I'm grateful now it was intended they come off that way, otherwise he'd be impossible to get back into automode. I remove them, then stuff them in later.

when i got this (came loose in robot mode without instructions), i was baffled too. left him in robot mode for almost a week! but after taking some time and browsing thru Seib's galleries, i finally figured out all 2 alt modes without breaking a sweat. 8) it's actually easy once you get the hang of it, and he's pretty sturdy (except for the dragon neck part) that he can take a few mistransformations without breaking a part or two.

I'd go with Alt Wheeljack too, as I'd interpret the question as being 'which figure do you consistently find the most difficult/frustrating to transform'.

Some TFs are tricky the first couple of times, but you quickly get the hang of them, and they become a breeze. Most TFs I quickly get to grips with, assuming I have any trouble with them in the first place.
There are one or two that if I haven't played with them in a while it takes me a few minutes to remember how it's done (like TM2 Megatron).

Wheeljack is the only real example I can think of where I'm rarely able to transform him without a problem. I can do it, but odds are somewhere along the line his door will pop off, or I'll have trouble aligning his arms to get them into the front of the car...

I got stumped the second time (must have fluked it the first time) I had to transform Movie Ironhide from robot to vehicle too. It's frustrating when it happens but found that the main difficulty with Ironhide is you have to align his waist properly. Look at the manual on how its meant to be aligned. once thats aligned it's all just a matter clipping everything together. I must admit Ironhide pretty much collapses the entire shell. Fantastic engineering.

right now, I just received my classics package, and rodimus is a pain in the ass... he's even harder then alt rodimus to me, I did both without instructions, but my classics won't line up correctly... Everything is sooo stiff that's a good thing, but the exhausts pipes under the door don't line up to the others... suggestions?

I dont own Voyager Ironhide, but there was a really cool guy outside the Westin one day at BotCon that was kind enough to let me try his out. I have to say, I got stuck right at the end.

But that is NOTHING compared to the ridiculousness that is MP Megatron. I got him into gun mode ONCE. Once he made it back to robot mode, he has stayed there.

MP Megs is definitely top on my list of transformations that are more time and effort than they're worth... but I wouldn't necessarily classify him as difficult... just time consuming as there's a lot that must be done.

MP Megatron is difficult if you don't wanna break him and ifyer being careful. I honestly forget parts of his transformation tho.

Nemesis Priem / Big Convoy is tough too. Getting all those parts to line up just right ... and some always fall off...

My vote goes for Twin Twist or Top Spin. After all, the official transformation has them land on their feet and not on their face so technically transforming them properly is impossible.

I've always been more frustrated getting everything to line up properly with Omega Prime, personally.

As far as difficulty goes, The Alt-Mustangs are the toughest in my book. Megatron isn't that bad...he's just too freakin fragile!

I have to say that from the 15 or so that my son and I currently own, that Leader Prime is the hardest by far, with an honorable mention going to Bumblebee '08.

Ironhide was tough at first, but I went from Truck to bot and back to truck again without directions 10 minutes after buying him. It wasn't easy. It was complicated, but not difficult.

Granted, I have never transformed some of mine. Bonecrusher, Starscream, and Blackout have never been Transformed back into vehicle mode. Hell, Blackout was from the TRU pack, so he has never even BEEN in vehicle form.
