Less Humans, most definitely.
No Jazz. As much as I didnt want him to die, He's dead, and should stay dead.
So should Megatron.
The Dinobots, they would be too hard a sell, and far too noticible. since they put an emphasis on "hiding in plain sight"
No Predacons either, if the Dinobots are out then their out too.
It be nice to see the constructicons or the aerialbots, or sideswipe, sixshot, or Ultra Magnus.

I agree with no Jazz or Megatron, as much as I liked Jazz. No "comic book death" cycles, please.

I also agree with no Dinobots, unless they give their personalities a major overhaul. I've always found them rather irritating.

No combiners... not because I dislike the combiners, but because it just seems like the sort of thing that would come off as kind of cheesy in live-action. (Though if they did use them, I wouldn't mind the Constructicons and Aerialbots. *hums innocently*)

No Galvatron. No Primus or Unicron, or any of their other creations like Cyclonus or the Sweeps, either. The Allspark is enough metaphysics for me, plus I see no sense in retreading the original movie.

Other than that... while there are other characters I'd be meh about, none of them are ones I'd think would be used.

No Seekers.

No Constructicons.

No Hot Rod.

No Ultra Magnus.

They've all been done to death in recent years. Characters aside from the essentials (Prime, Megs, BB, Screamer) should have the choice of either being in the live-action movie, or having 15 different toy incarnations come out in the last two years. These four got more attention in recent years than they deserve, they should now be ignored for an equal amount of time.

What I don't want to see....

+ Jazz ressurected. His death was lame, I know, but once we get into the whole "He died but can be resurrected bit".... I just don't trust Micheal Bay with such a concept. Speaking of which....

What I don't want to see....
+ Characters getting killed off w/o proper character development. Develop the character the more you care about them and the bigger effect they have on the viewer.

What I don't want to see....
+ Unicron. Ever. Partly because Fantastic Four beat Transformers to the whole beings devouring the planet bit. Besides, a giant transformer that devours planets? I don't care what Bay did, there is no way that would sound cool in a movie. Probably give him bullet hole decals too, or something...

What I don't want to see....
+ Transformers getting revamped and then renamed.

What I don't want to see....
+ Anymore More than meets the eye jokes. I'm serious.

What I don't want to see....
+ No dinobots. No matter what they do.... it will never look good or make sense on screen.

And the number one thing that I don't want to see....
+ Optimus Prime Die. Again. - And if you do, then make sure that Megatron is DEAD as well. Who kills off the main hero and lets the villian live/ressurected? I get the whole "noble end" thing, but if I wanted that I would watch The Patriot, or some other cliche type movie.

Oddly enough, I can't think of any decepticons that annoy me enough to not want to see them in the movie....

Not even Runabout and Runamuck? Well, if you go by G1 Marvel, they annoyed me, but if you go by G1 IDW, they're actually cool.

Eh, I don't want to see anymore bloody Bumblebee toys out of the next movie. We already have about 96 different bloody variations on the little jackass currently, we don't need more. I also don't want to see Wheelie, Kup, any other bloody seekers (Done to death) or any dark versions of Prime (Also done to death.)

no more assuming that we will read the supporting material so we can follow to already poorly written story ...

no more military ("We need the air force" for an attack in the city, what a shameless plug and poor tactical choice ...

no more humans killing Transformers, let there be robot on robot violence ...

no more comedy ...
no more orci
no more bay

no more anthony anderson, i love his comedy but better in Romeo Must Die than in TF

I agree that Frenzy was badass, but he's no Soundwave, IMHO.

Basically, I see two problems with combiners. One, it just comes off as too cheesy and anime-like in my head. Or two, they find a way to make it work out and feel realistic... but to balance it out I think you'd need a combiner on the Autobots' side as well. The resultant 10-11 new characters would just be way too much, especially if they want to add other newbies as well.

If they're going to have any giant Transformers, I'd rather go with one giant Deception a la Tidal Wave. Then if they need a combiner, have it be on the Autobots' side. 6 new characters is a little bit saner to deal with.

Of course, I don't write movies for a living, so I have to admit that I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised and proven wrong (since I like most of the classic combiners).
