It's cool as long as the plan is being heard. It's a little hard drawing hard lines when I am more used to organic curves. But I think It is coming along alright.

I got a little more done on it. I shifted the right leg a bit and filled in the face. I thought it should have the ability to be expressive hence the plates of the face that can slide past one another in order to preform the various expressions.
And it is not a humongous monster picture anymore, yay!

A damn fine looking one at that!
She is looking to be quite a hotty! Cant wait to see her finished!
Good way to draw a TF aswell...just draw a normal human outline then add robotic details...why didnt i think of that?! Oh yeah cos im a dumbass thats why...
WTF!!!!
I did a tutorial on that exact subject not too long ago and you flamed the hell outta me over it!!!!
Plus you said that only people who werent good enough to draw your way needed to use outlines!!!!!!!!!!!!!
![]()
p.s. vortex, its still a very good start to ur piece
Oi calm down irish!
Actually your technique was rather different, as you was explaining that you needed to draw stick figures first, THEN realistic body/robotic details.
This person doesnt seem to have used the skeleton technique but just drawn a great piece of anatomy right off the bat. Maybe they did use your technique and they have erased the lines out but we cant see that can we.
You was also trying to shove your opinion down peoples throat that the way YOU draw was the ONLY way to do it, and that it was the be all end all of drawing. I never said people who cant draw like me suck either, but i mearly stood up to your ego and told you that different people draw in different ways and not EVERYONE NEEDS to draw the way you specified/tell people how to, which you still seem to be doing.
Cant you get it through your head that not everyone wants to or needs to draw the way you do, or that people are actually better than you? This persons drawing already tops everything you've ever shown me and all they have done is a shoulder and a neck!
For crying out loud get over yourself and stop acting like you are some art "ghod" of some kind.

She is looking awesome! I might have to say that her eyes look a bit off though, maybe you should work on that bit a little more, everything else is great though.
And Grim...no you are not...not in any sense of the word.

We could all go in a hot air balloon ride, powered by Grim's ego.
I've heard of ego-stroking, but this is some serious heavy petting. Not saying Grim doesn't deserve it, but wow.

Alright...enough Grimmy stroking for today. *Feels suddenly dirty*
Anyway, I got most of my sketches face and helmet done last night. Adjusted the eyes so she doesnt look like a bug.
On her transformation, her forearms become the left and right side of the hood, with the headlights. Her back is the top of the car, her upper arms the running boards, her helmet is the upper part of the hood while her chest is the lower part and the air intakes make up her cleavage.
Now to get started on her lower half...

I can try to draw her alt mode, but it might take a while. Cars are not my forte, so give me some time.

Thanks, Sonray
I have been studying Bumblebee's torso for the past couple of days and am feeling comfortable enough to get started on her internal workings. Anything else I can not think of will be covered in shadow.

Yes I did. I do believe that even Prime would blow a gasket if he saw her. The tires for clevage was a nice touch. The pink is cute too.
Try candy apple red. There are too many fembots out there that are either pink or pastel fushia.

Now that, my dear, matches her clevage!
Now plunk her in the middle of the Arc and watch the fun!
I love it! It gives a new meaning to the phrase 'Lady in Red'

Hmm....ya know i kinda like this color scheme...i might use it, but still keep some pink, maybe use a more pinkish/red mix, see what i come up with. I like the red but i also like the pink so i'll see. But thats a long way off yet, ims till trying to figure out how to make her based on my diagram that i drew on a napkin lol.

Very nice! I've been trying to make a female Autobot who transforms into a motorcycle, but I just can't get a good, female like form. But now, I'm gonna try your way of getting the form. (human outline, robot parts.)
Also, I always get an ugly face. I'm not even good at drawing a female HUMAN face, yet a robot's.
Tips for head design would be appreciated.
