See My buddy, wants to come, its a 18 hour drive, but he is willing to split gas and hotel with me, but he plans on well doing something really stupid at Botcon to become infamous...,, my dilemma is if I don't take him I cant afford Gas and Hotel (so I'd be sleeping the the car best case, worst case I don't make it home)

So should I let the ass come and let him make a fool of himself and just stay away from him so I don't get dragged into it at all? or tell him to go away and he can't come?

use 'em, ditch em. When's the next time you'll get to go to BotCon. Of course, try to persuade him not to be schtuuuupid.

This is strictly my opinion,but if it were me I would tell him that I expect him to be at his best behavior at the con. I'd rather not go than tolerate his foolishness.
Of course, since I live in the Philippines, I've never been to a major TF con in my entire life, so mssing one more really isn't a big deal to me.
So I guess all my yammering ain't any help at all.
If you still go, and he really insists on doing something that'l get him booted, I suggest you keep as far away from him as humanly possible so you don't get thrown out as well.

Nah, you shouldn't have said anything, now there are expectations. You should have just let it happen, make sure you get $$ for the return trip first though.

Let him go and do whatever. Think of the memories you will have of this moment. Just make sure you are not involved so you don't get in trouble.

My advice would be not to risk taking him along, he may have you kicked out along with him.

An 18 hour drive is not worth that.

If it were me, I'd say let him come, and at the first sign of trouble, ditch him.

if you want to go, go. if he wants to mak a scene, denie all knowledge of his exsistance.

If this act of stupidity is during the movie or tour he won't have to worry about getting kicked out because I'll vaporize him on the spot. If it's during the regular convention on Sat. and Sun. he can act as stupid as he wants. You deserve to go to Botcon regardless. What does he look like? If he takes a **** in the middle of the dealer room, it might just make it the best Botcon ever.

He doesn't sound like a true Transfan.

And only true Transfans belong at Botcon. It's kinda like he's gonna cause a sabotage there or something.

So keep him out and be more self-sufficient.=P

He owns more TF toys then I do (I own every Prowl, smokescreen and Silver/bluestreak about 45 TF total if you include all the differant versions), but he wants to be Infamous... or something...
