There is dedication folks. He is willing to sing to make Hasbro drop the Animated line :P

Didn't Hasbro push back the first drop on them because quality issues? Thought I saw something about this not too long ago.

Leave Hasbro alone. I know most of us hate them, but it's them who gave us Transformers! If it weren't for them.. well we wouldn't have Transformers.. our hobbies.. let alone this forum!

C'mon we have the Allspark Line-up which we can collect in the next few months. And then Botcon..and..then..

Animated!

Seriously, it's not that far away.

Our greatest addiction gone! Nooooooo :BOOM:

I still haven't seen Animated. There's other great lines coming out. Too many to collect anywa. Maybe save and anticipate, and hope that they only get better with more development time?

You know what my point is?... in fact you are right, they gave us Transformers indeed (Hasbro), our -in a way- healthy addiction; but on the other hand I am not biting the hand that feeds me, NO!... I am being bite actually, who, do you think, puts the money on their bank accounts??? hint -us- makes any sense?
If you don't say what we have, and by that I fully respect who loves and likes Animated stuff; but if you to the main sites, and check on any forum related to Animated, you will see a high percentage of fans that really dislike the whole idea of the toys and new heads, shapes, forms etc... what could happen if all this people that complains decided not buy any Animated related stuff?
The voice will be heard all over, I will stand by my believes and by my opinion, as all of you here, is our right to express, with out crossing the line, what we think, I just say and will keep saying that Animated series is the worst of all Transformers history, they are simply, NOT TRANSFORMERS AT ALL... they actually make (as stated before) Hot Shot Armada look very cool... any way, with that said, have fun and a very nice day!!

Only if Alternators 2.0 will feature more articulation (primarily Tracks, etc.), less of those hollow chest and lift up pants (Hound, Mirage, Prime), better robot modes (almost all), eliminated unsighty senseless skirts (Grimlock), half-alien or half inaccessible interiors (Smokescreen, Ravage), and special feature super flake-off Binaltech paints.

Only the Jazz/Laserwave and Skids molds passed my personal standards. All the other molds are made to appeal for car enthusiast, which i am not.

Maybe it's easier to like them when you own them all.

Doesn't this always happen, though? Hasbro announce their next line, loads of people slag it off, then a couple of months later those same people are complaining they can't find the new toys in their local shops. You don't like Animated? Fine. Don't watch the shows, don't buy the toys. But whining about it here won't make a goddamn's worth of difference. If the line sells well, Hasbro will continue it. If it doesn't, they'll have a rethink. Nerds on teh intarwebz won't have much impact, or they'd have already announced the three remaining seekers for Classics 2.0, and a trailer/armour for Classics Magnus.

Not really. I went to the shops several times before. Initially, they all look really good, and i want them all. But after i get a few of them, i began to see the shortcomings. It's like, it's getting nowhere. And i stopped collecting this line after 5 figures.

Top reasons were:
1. They're really big. I'm not really a big fan of big toys. Especially when they're all in one same size.
2. Mentioned above. Lack of good amount of articulation, robot mode not so good, etc...
3. There's no Megatron. There's no story behind this set. It's going nowhere. It feels like collecting Diaclone.
4. Price point too high for so-so designs and quality.

You got an impressive collection though. :)

What you guys are forgetting is that hasbro is trying to compete with the power ranger toys when they made the animated toys and the animated series. Hoping to get a piece of the five plus market because I know a five year old who loves transformers but the movie and cybertron toys were to complex for him to transform. His mom said I wish they would make the transformers less expensive and easier to transformer so he can transform them himself. So I really think hasbro listened to the parents on this one and started from the ground up with idea of what would a five year old like.

Well first we all know thats never going to happen.

Second (I swear to god if some dumb ass noob says ''Hay somebo0dy alLreAdY SaId dAt''! im going to punch a kitten) We dont want hasbro rushing these figures along and having quality issues, like the movie line.

That is my petition (before I got punished for spaming!) But if we have that possibility to reach to levels where our voice as one would be heard, to begin, do you think that Hasbro would do something about it?
I don't think so.... and that's call Marketing and Planning ahead, they calculated every single step and this kind of petitions, I am pretty sure, they have taken into account, otherwise they shouldn't be on business.
I will sing a petition but related to mass production and lower prices for Botcon items!... man! I paid outrages price for Dirge, Thrust and Thundercracker.

My petition will be to ask Hasbro to end the exclusivity of Botcon.

Sure, they can have figures that will not be available anywhere else.

But only for a limited time. Say, 6 months or 1 year. After which, Hasbro has the option of choosing some or all for mass production.
