This is my first time making a topic here, so please pardon any oversights I may make.
Anyway, I wanted to ask for advice on what to do with a recent massively disappointing experience I've had with Amazon concerning Transformers DVDs. My family lets me just buy what I want for Christmas since I'm impossible to shop for. This year, I decided to get the Shout Factory versions of Japanese Trilogy. I ordered Headmasters and Victory first due to a recent price drop. Masterforce got held up a bit, but I figured I had time and had been watching Headmasters while I waited. When Headmasters arrived, I was disappointed when I noticed it was not original factory shrinkwrap. It was obviously resealed. I didn't mind so much because it had a nice slipcase and the discs seemed fine. It also played well, though I must say that I am very particular about condition and when I buy something new I expect new, as in I am the first and only owner this item has ever had. If I had come across this particular Headmasters DVD in a store, I would have passed. Nevertheless, it seemed okay, and I figured I got a fairly good deal and it would be a lot of hassle to complain. The only real problem I had with it is that the non-factory shrinkwrap which was used to reseal it left a pressure mark on the back of the box. Today, Masterforce arrived, and now I'm actually upset.
