Im not sure you guy's heard about this or not,While looking up any new info regarding the movie.I stumbled upon an article of another lawsuit that has been filed against Paramount/Transformers 3. This time around a welder claims he was injured during filming in Chicago.

Next we'll have a lawsuit because someone stubbed their toe and broke it.

Isn't there something that the people who take part of making the movie have to sign that marks they're doing this out of their free will and on their own risk or anything?

Yes, but people are idiots and often ignore that agreement. I'm not saying that poor woman is an idiot, but this guy is just a bit cheap.

There's been more ridiculous suits. Such as the lady who sued McDonalds because she spilled coffe in her lap... and it burned...

In all fairness, McDonalds kept their coffees at far higher temperatures than needed, and I think the lady got third(?!) degree burns from it. Not exactly normal coffee spillage there.

Actually, the temperature they used to have them at was the industry standard, but because of the law suit, it was lowered.
Personally, i think if your able to drink it, then don't complain if you do in fact get burned.
