It has nothing to do with plot. Someone says they can't believe people let the stupid plot of the first movie slide, I'm saying it's easy to because it was a fun movie.

Well no, you wouldn't be. It needs the ability to be able to intellectually analyse something to appreciate, so I'm not surprised.

There's no need for immature insults, not liking a book is no more an indication of intelligence than not liking waffles.

Anyway, nothing has changed my mind on seeing DotM. I wanted to see it the second after I saw RotF and that hasn't changed.

Behave yourself. You're skating on thin ice with comments like that.

Though I must say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You've proven yourself with the above comment to be unqualified to argue your opinion. :D

Please cut the insults too.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

As for your Bladerunner comment, I've read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. I wasn't impressed.

Let me bulletpoint it for you:

1. Sam absorbs cube knowledge.
2. Decepticons go after Sam.
3. Optimus dies protecting Sam.
4. Sam seeks out Simons for info on the symbols and how to read them.
5. They learn of Transformers hiding on Earth for centuries.
6. Wheelie says these Transformers can read Ancient Cybertronian, points them to Jetfire.
7. Jetfire translates the symbols, sets Sam and co. on their mission.
8. Simons calls Lennox while they search for the doorway.
9. They find the doorway and the Tomb of the Primes.
8. Sam and co. make their way to Lennox as the final battle is joined.
9. Sam dies, meets the Primes, and is ressurected with the Matrix.
10. Sam revives Optimus.
11. Optimus kills the Fallen.

That's the simple version, so it should be easy for even you to read.

can you please identify where mr gaga said there was no plot in rotf. Well i can say it for you, he didnt. You just used what he said to launch another man-bay-love rant.

yes there was a plot to rotf, the fact it was written by what seems to be a ridelin addled ADD 7 yar old is neither here nor there

Your opinion is not fact, sorry. If you had trouble following such a simple plot I really feel sorry for you. Also, if someone was "ritalin addled" they'd be slowed down to the degree of a drooling simpleton. If you're going to toss canned insults at the film at least research some basic knowledge of plot structure and the mental disorders you wish to use as insults, please.

Now if you don't mind, since this thread has become little more than insults toward me and canned, uneducated complaints about something that's been talked to death I'll bow out of this discussion.

I reserve my right to be inconsistant with people who are inconsistant to begin with. 8)

Now, let go of this issue before you make me start another thread about plot structure. I don't want to give Burn a bigger migraine than I already probably do.

Yeah alright, this is the last chance for you lot. You all seem to have a habit of going from thread to thread and derailing it with your petty little flame wars.

I mean really, Cyber Bishop has already stepped in and told you lot to cool it and you ignore him.

From now on, it's warnings issued.

Now unless you have something to contribute to the original topic of this thread, leave it alone.

some people prefer less explosions more plot.

For what purpose? What do you get out of a plot? You can't see a plot. So why come watch a movie if that's all you want?

and this is why i cant take it serious when you call rotf the greatest film ever made, no offence but without plot you dont have anything.

I can see you did excellent in your writing class. Without a plot, there is no story. Without a story, then the movie really doesn't matter. In the words of Shia LaBeouf;

Shia LaBeouf wrote:Then it's just a bunch of robots fighting each other

The four main set ups of a story; Plot, Setting, Characters, and Theme.

Try and make a story without a plot, Sly, and see if you get awesome reviews. I'd love to see you try.

No. The only think I was thinking of changing my mind on was the night I am planning on going. My primary date was July 1st. But then, because of my large party that's going, we changed it to July 2nd. But, I was wondering, can I personally wait that long. Maybe I'll go by myself on the 29th. But I decided, nah, I don't want to be spoiled and will join my friends with a fresh mind on July 2nd around 6:00 pm!
