How do you like the figure by the way? Is Leader class Prime as awsome as he looks?]

He is pretty awesome, great robot mode. I have to admit though that Ironhide and Blackout are my favorite figures that I have so far. Renton is for sure too far to come!

For Pete's sakes you have Ironhide & Blackout!! How did you manage that? Ebay I'm guessing?
I got Ironhide from Amazon and I picked up Blackout at Fred Meyer with Prime. It was my lucky day!

Oh Jesus, the TF gods must think I have enough TF's already. I haven't found squat out of 3 Fred Meyers, 2 Targets, and 2 Walmarts near me here in the south end. On a different note are you going to Cybcon 2007 in Tacoma in July?

Based on reports and sightings from several boards, the best I can tell the movie toys have only really made it to retail in parts of Canada and some of the Northern States.

Hasbro really screwed up with that June 2 street date, then dropping the date and allowing all the stores to sell the figures, even though some stores broke the date anyways. I think there is just a lot of confusion over the whole matter and some pretty bad communication, whether it be from Hasbro to retailers or internal communication within the retail chains.

Good call. I could believe that line of reasoning. The lack of released movie deluxes certainly points to that idea.

You can never have enough TF's! At least June 2 will be here before you know it. I haven't heard of Cybcon, I'll have to check that out!

I found them and I am in the "deep" south..
Not to mention my link has info about the early Deluxe release (at least from the Target perspective)..
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Nice theory, but is it so far removed from reality that perhaps....this was all planned? Sorta like viral marketing? Domino effect? Etc?

They knew the news would spread like wildfire, and it did. It got us pumped.

I believe it's possible that it was human and/or computer error, but I'm willing to believe at least part of it was planned.

Stopped by the local Meijer today, still no movie figures; and of course, no employee in the toy department.

Went to Wal*Mart, employee was rearranging the toy aisles for movie figures. He said they go on sale June 2, I even told him about the early releases, he was clueless. To quote him, "All the boxes are marked for June 2nd release". I saw their aisle map, looks like it will be 2/3 of a rack for movie assortment. All the Spidey 3 signs are flipped over showing the robots, hopefully these center aisle displays will be full tomorrow too. All I'm looking for is deluxe Bumblebee for me and Optimash Prime for the kids. Unless something else really catches my eye when I see the actual figures tomorrow.
