Finding that with TF prime RID optimus- I've bought him the Dr. Wu cannon, and the Matrix sword, but I loaned him fireburst optimus' axe, too...

I feel weird about that. I can't even use a lid on a pot that doesn't belong to it

I really like Classics Cliffjumper a lot. Ended up giving him DOTM Skyhammer's mechtech gun, as well as DOTM deluxe Bumblebee's.

Looks real badass holding a pair of BFG's.

I gave my Universe Onslaught DotM Sideswipe's gun. Sideswipe sure as hell doesn't need it and it goes great with Onslaught so win-win. That's one thing I liked about the mechtech weapons, they might not work with the figure they come with, but there's always a figure that could use another BFG.

Yup. It's one of the main reasons why I gave him those guns. I still remember that first G1 episode where he pulls a giant effing bazooka out of nowhere and fires at Megatron.

I piled on as many clear Energon weapons onto my custom Bruticus and Superion as I could.

Completely changes their styles. They look like giant, monsterous, robotic...CANDY!!!!

I bought my Brave Max a Grand Sword and Fort Max's big rifle.

I also bought an extra deluxe TFP Optimus just so 1 could have the appropriate 2 guns and the other could be in truck mode. Too bad the rest of the toyline (except deluxe Megatron) is ****.

Being a Cyberverse fan but unwilling to buy the playsets I stuck the red 'sword gun' things from Ratchet and Cliffjumper onto the back of Hyperspeed Wheeljack. It makes much more sense and kind of seems like it's meant to.

I just remembered. I gave MP G1-repaint Starscream's null-rays to PRID Voyager Starscream. Despite the fact that both bots are way out of scale, the null rays look good on TF Prime Voyager Starscream's forearms.

Also, FE Arcee looks like a bona fide femme fatale, after I gave my FG Gundam Dynames' sniper rifle to her. Again, despite the size differences of the bots, the rifle looks in scale with her. Missed out on the PE Not-Arcee's, so the rifle makes FE Arcee a good stand-in.

Now if only I could find a way to mount the rifle on her bike mode....

Some of my G1 figs I add reprolabels' upgrades. Though I'm kind of cutting down formy future MP pre orders...............

GDO Brawl, I love that mold, and he currently has his gun, Track's Missiles, and Skullgrins guns.

I didn't buy these guys new stuff because I liked them so much, but rather bought too much and then while downsizing the collection gave some dudes extra stuff.

Movie Final Battle Jazz got the standard release spear rifle along with his own Crescent Cannon. One in each hand and they both fith on his spoiler in car mode, if you plug them on either side of the notch instead of in the middle.

I bought Interrogator Barricade even though I already had 2007 Barricade, solely for the headlight torture devices. Gave the figure itself away.

When downsizing my collection, pack-in Scorponok had to move to make room for the deluxe. So did the Evac retool of Blackout. Since Blackout now had an empty cage at the back, I gave him Evac's hands and the liferaft gun.

For the same reason, I got rid of the mini Optimus that came with Stratosphere. Turns out the drone cannon from HftD Ironhide (who got replaced with the DotM Leader) fits perfectly in Stratosphere's cargo hold and while it can't be mounted on Stratosphere, it works fine as a stand alone turret. And since Strat has that hole for the scrapped shuttle gun, I gave him Classics Jetfire's rifle. He can grab it with both hands and it looks appropriately like his Stealth Force mode from the DotM game.
