Anyone know how to get rid of rust???

Weapon: Null-Ray Rifle
I just got my Powermaster Prime (original used) in the mail today after a weeklong wait. The figure is pretty cool aside from somesticker wear and minor chrome wear. However, Hi-Q is pretty rusted on his metal screw parts. Normally, I could care less about a minor character, but he looks pretty cool plugged into Optimus' grill. However, the rusted screws on the little fella are just an eye sore IMO. So, does anyone have an idea of how I can get rid of this? Thankfully, my Prime is rust free.

Also, as a side note, my Hi-Q is armless (the seller told me that, but at the time I was just happy to be getting PM Prime). Does anyone have any idea of a possible minicon (or other small, inexpensive toy) that I can use to replace his arms? The color scheme doesn't have to match his orginal arms, as long as there are arms on the little guy. I know I didn't care before, but the little guy is growing on me.

Thanks ^_^

Take it out, spary it with carb cleaner or brake cleaner and if that wont work go to napa and see if they can get you a replacement.

Or you could just take a steel brush to the screw.

Do what Megatron did, and kidnap Perceptor to save you with a chemical the Autobots developed.
