-Yes, you are.
-In this economic climate? Scratching your nose will bankrupt you.
-They're releasing it in his Armada colors, which is the same thing, with only a few differences. (And if you want to get into those, then they didn't release Optimus Prime in his G1 colors in 1984) In fact, the only major difference is less gray and more purple. And what's even weirder is that from what I've read, he's completely unchanged from his Armada release, in which case, why release the same toy, unchanged, twice, within only a few years of each other?

EDIT: This post is number 66699 in this thread. I'm surprised we haven't summoned some kind of ancient evil. Seems like that would have been first order of business.

Tomorrow, I'm scheduled to go see an oral surgeon to have a tooth removed. The process to this point has been long and convoluted:

October 26th: tooth started hurting.

November 3rd: Went to see my usual Dentist. Turns out he's not on my new job's plan so i can't go to him. Tooth is ignored.

November 6th: found a dentist on my plan and made an appointment. First available date, Dec 1st. (WTF?)

Dec 1st: Went to see the dentist. Was told a tooth had to come out and was referred to an oral surgeon. Called the oral surgeon and found that the place I was referred to wasn't on my plan. Ugh...

Dec 16th: finally found an oral surgeon on my plan. Too bad the oral surgeon can only come in once a month (WTF?). Scheduled an appointment for the 27th of January. Pre-op consultation scheduled for the 16th.

Dec 17th: Ironically, just after making the appointment, the tooth that had to come out because it was decaying and might break, broke. Somehow seemed poetic although I was spitting out chunks of broken tooth for the next hour.

January 16th: went in for pre-op. signed paperwork. had x-rays. found that my original dentist wasn't my primary so the referral wasn't valid. (AAAGH!). Luckily it turned out to be a mistake when I tried to switch dentists.

January 24th: got a call saying I needed to come in for a pre-op. Confused the hell out of me because that's what I did on the 16th. After arguing with the lady on the phone, found that one of their guys had simply misplaced my file. Appointment still valid but I'm pissed off.

Question:
1) Exactly when did seeing the dentist become such a hassle?
2) After seeing 2 dentists, speaking with 2 oral surgeons, and my HMO, why do I feel like I've gotten less service than had I just seen 1 dentist?
3) exactly why is this such a hassle to remove a tooth? My last tooth pull literally involved novacaine and a pair of pliers and that was it.
4) Do you mind me venting like this? :oops:

1. It's always been a hassle.
2. You know insurance companies; they only work to make you suffer. Then they make you pay for it.
3. My plan on removing teeth: Step 1, drink lots of beer. Step 2, get in a fight. Step 3, is that the infected tooth on the ground? If not, repeat from Step 1.
4. I WILL DESTROY YOU.
