JB seems to be the place to get the 2 Beast Machines DVD's at $13 a pop, you seriously cannot say no.
Also keep an eye out at Big from Thursday for the Transforming DVD case, for about $5 cheaper than JB and EzyDVD!
-EDIT-
Kmart will also be selling the Transforming Case for $44.95 Some "Exclusive" it turned out to be! The Steelbook version is the more more exclusive version now!

Hi fellow Aussiebots! (OMG I can't believed I just typed that - so lame!)
Wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out, I'm looking to track down a Deluxe Barricade figure (movie colours, not the Recon repaint)
If anyone close-ish to the Bendigo area happens to find one, could you please drop me a message with the price, etc that'd be awesome!

Goodluck with that, I've been looking for another proper Barricade one for months.
Various Coles and Woolworths stores have the plain single DVD version of the Transfoprmers Movie out already.

Big W have a huge display case for the normal 2 disc edition with it's bad raised cardboard cover. (they actually had 2, one at the front, one in the DVD section) then had the $45 Transforming cases hidden away at the bottom of a glass display case.
Big W sale starts today, but I nabbed me a Cyber Slammin' Ratchet to finish my collection of them (for now) last night for the sale price. Other than millions of TECH gear and Helmets, Plumpton Big W had no more than half a dozen real gear figures, as well as a Banged up Voyager Ironhide and some Stompers.

Target have a 15% off sale going at the moment. Target Coffs harbour has heaps of Oppy helmuts, walkie talkies and titaniums, plus a fair bit of other stuff as well.
No Classics, though

Victoria - Melbourne (west area mainly) here.
I've acquired the new All-Spark Battles Legends figures (Brawl vs Rescue Ratchet, Jazz vs Bonecrusher & spotted Cliffjumper vs Recon Barricade) found them at Toy Kingdom Broadmeadows along with Classics Jetfire (Voyager) which was the last one they had. They still have Classics Megatron & Optimus, Cybertron Optimus Prime-Beast(Deluxe).
Have also spotted Ultimate Bumblebees (about 20+) at TRU Highpoint.
The Evolution Of A Hero Bumblebee double pack (77 Camaro & Battle Damaged redeco Concept BB) is available at Myer City. This was two days ago. They had about 30 packs. Also saw it at Myer Highpoint where they had about 15 or so packs.
In general from what I've spotted there's a few wave 3 deluxes around with Dreadwing, Payload, Arcee easily available. Voyager figures are next to impossible to find down here (except for Megatron). I got lucky and managed to get into City David Jones when they had stock in of Voyagers and got Prime, Starscream, Ironhide & Ratchet. Leader figures are easy to find, even Prime, but the rarest of the three. Brawl and Megatron can be found in pretty much any Big W. Classics line.... mostly Ramjet, Mirage and Cliffjumpers easy to acquire.

It seems that the Transformers DVD is as popular as the figures..
EzyDVD Mt Druitt sold every copy of every version of the DVD, Target was running low of their stock, and the guy that serve me at Mt Druitt JBhifi said that their stock will not last them till they get their next allotment on Wednesday.
Looking forward to seeing the figures for DVD sales, Paramount will easily make over $1 billion in overall movie sales.

Has anyone see anything worth while in Adelaide?
I have seen loose TF toys in Movie manics - the one across from Adelaide Comic Centre in the Mall. They had a Blaster in there - a original for $30 - but he has lost is feet and part of his cassette piece is damaged.
I snapped up a loose Energon Starscream for $20 - he is in good condition, but he doesn't have the weapons he originally came with.
The also have Beast Wars/machines toys too.
I beleive most are half the price they are meant to be, since they are loose or damaged or both.

Ah awesome, I am really after the classic Transformers - since West Lakes is a bit out of my way (I am in the North East). I will have to look in David Jones in the city on next time I am in there X3
Cheers!

So is it Japanese only with 2 different Subtitles, or is there an English dub (even if it is the Star Dub) as well?

It came out here yesterday, so DVD store like JB, EzyDVD Sanity etc should have it in store for about AU$60.
Worst come s to worst you can always get it directly from Madman.com

Heya all,
Traveled to the City Center today and this what I have found.
The three new movie scouts are out in Myer/Toy'r'us: Armorhide, Elita One and Air Raid, also exclusive to Myer Store is the double pack Bumblebee which I promptly bought and there are three of them left, also in Toy'r'us is the Starscream G1 paintjob.
I will write up a blog and put some pictures on my findings which I took with my mobile camera (the only thing useful on the bloody phone). Though don't hold your breath it will be sometime tomorrow or so

read that as the g1 masterpiece then realised you just mean the movie repaint..don't you :/
I'd say so, as MP G1 Screamer has only just reached US stores, we will not be seeing it for some time. (If it gets released here at all).

Kmart Mt Druitt had Various Arcee's, Dreadwing's, Dropkick's and Payloads, as well as Wave 1 of the Real Gear Robots.
Lots of the shopping Bags, which I have not seen since July, blasters and Helmets, as well as the Robot Heroes 5 pack.
Also check out your Hot Dollar Stores (a $2 type store) for some Oversized Ko's of Energon Bulkhead (copter only) Cybertron Sideways and Energon Sharkticon.
